Michael Starr is a caring and diligent ophthalmologist serving the community of New York, NY. Dr. Starr attended the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where he received his medical degree, and completed his internship in general surgery at Highland Hospital. He also completed his residencies at Mount Sinai Hospital and Lenox Hill Hospital.
