By accessing or using the docDIT platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

docDIT provides a telemedicine platform connecting patients with licensed healthcare providers for virtual consultations via video, audio, and chat. Our services include appointment scheduling, insurance verification, e-prescriptions, and claims management.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Medical Disclaimer

docDIT is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. The medical advice provided through our platform is based on the information you provide and may not account for all factors affecting your health.

5. Payment & Insurance

Consultation fees are displayed before booking. We accept major insurance plans and verify coverage before appointments. Co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs are the responsibility of the patient. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability

docDIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
